In fact, the upcoming 11.6-acre multi use development in Phenix City, located near a busy part of Highway 280 North and Highway 431, will also be home to a new Starbucks!
Along with Outback Steakhouse, Chipotle Mexican Grill and Starbucks, essential services will also be found at the future development. In addition to restaurants and a coffee shop, there will be a Peachtree Immediate Care and a Valvoline Instant Oil Change.
Construction is underway at the site, but no dates for completion or expected openings have been announced yet.
